KW Strategy Ltd is the data controller for personal data described in this notice. This notice applies to personal data we process about individuals anywhere in the world who get in touch with us, are clients, or interact with us in the course of our work.
Contact and identification data (such as name, job title, organisation, business email and phone number), correspondence and other information shared with us by clients, contacts and people who get in touch, and limited website usage data.
We share personal data with reputable sub-processors who help us run our work, including providers of cloud-based email and file storage, AI productivity tools, banking and payment services, and website hosting and analytics. A current list of our sub-processors is available on request. We do not sell personal data.
Where our sub-processors transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on UK-recognised transfer mechanisms (such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) provided by those sub-processors.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which it was collected, plus a reasonable period for audit, legal and tax purposes. Financial records are typically kept for seven years and engagement records for three years.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability, where applicable.
