Children and young people at the heart of every decision.
We partner with corporate, philanthropic, and non-profit leaders on strategy and impact communications: thoughtful, evidence-based work that drives lasting, measurable change. Communications used as a tool to advance the outcomes you care about, not just to describe them.
Bespoke strategy and impact communications, built around the change you are actually trying to see.
Founded by Euan Wilmshurst, with over 30 years of global experience, KW Strategy works with leaders across philanthropy, education, early years, climate, and social impact. Corporate, philanthropic, and non-profit, the work is unified by a focus on the change you are trying to see and the communications that help it happen.
Our work spans philanthropy advisory, impact communications, executive advisory, advocacy leadership, funding positioning, and the strategic partnerships that move change at scale. The thread that runs through it all is communications used as a tool to advance outcomes, not just to describe them.
We work as partners, not vendors. Long-term, partner-led, locally grounded. Each engagement is bespoke to your organisation, your people, and the long view of the change you are trying to see.
Keir W., aged 10
KW Strategy is named in honour of Keir W., an everyday reminder that children and young people must be at the heart of the decisions we make today. It keeps us curious, honest, and focused on the future we're shaping.
